Jane M. Horning

Horning - Jane, 86, of Malverne, after her battle with Parkinson's disease, surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Jane taught at Willow Road School and was an active parishioner and a member of the Legion of Mary at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne. Jane gave her life in service to SO many. Her faith and love of life guided her every action. Beloved daughter of the late Gus and Margaret Horning, amazing sister to the late Marilyn Dougan Brennan, and to Donna Clarkson and her husband Richard Clarkson. The most devoted aunt to Laura (Kevin) Millerick, Billy (Tricia) Dougan, Peggy (Brian) O'Connor, Paul (Andrea) Brennan, Robby (Patricia) Dougan, Darren (Marianne) Dougan, Sean (Andy) Brennan, Marilyn (Annie) Brennan, Richard (Gigi) Clarkson, Sue (Bobby) Crinnion, David (Amparo) Clarkson, Jeanne (Anthony) Russo, Patty (Bill) Supper, and Linda (Johnny) Baldacchino. Jane also leaves behind her 33 "great" nieces and nephews, and 2 "great-greats". Countless others would call her "Aunt" as well, and she loved each and every one of us.
