Laurence grew up in Canarsie worked various jobs starting at the age of six. After his tour of duty, he met his wife Leonora and dated until they married in 1959. Laurence succeeded in the General Contractor business for over 25 years until he was hired as a Carpenter with NYC Parks. Laurence can be directly attributed to his work ethic and his natural craftsmanship ability. Laurence’s greatest affection and admiration was for his family especially his wife Leonora.
