Denise Marie Gravante (nee Dooley)

Born November 10, 1954 in Manhattan, New York

Fought a long hard 11 year battle with metastatic breast cancer. She liked to travel and sight see. She enjoyed eating out and gathering with friends and family. Enjoyed going to the beach and also Boating on the lake. She was an avid cook and loved trying new recipes. Grew up in Flushing and in Westbury, New York and attended Westbury High School. Attended Nassau Community College. Worked at several jobs in Music Industry and Pharmaceuticals, then moved to Acworth Georgia and worked at Kennesaw University and an Arcitectural firm.

Survived by Husband, Joe, Brothers Glen and Michael, Aunt Sonja, Cousins Bobby and wife Maria, Laura and Husband Tommy, Karen and Husband Tom, Patricia and Husband Joey. Sister in-law Linda Moran.

Preceded in death by parents William and Jeannyne. Uncles Jack, Al and Pierre, Aunts Margie, Denise and Simone
