Dorothy F. Berkery

Berkery, Dorothy F., 17 year resident of Rockville Centre and former 50 year resident of Lynbrook on March 29, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Michael Sr. Loving mother of Thomas and his wife Barbara, Diane Fortin and her husband Charles, Mary Christine Hayes (Late Husband James), Patrick and his wife Evonne, and the late Michael J. Jr. Dear grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 15. Cherished friend of seventy five years to the late Mary McCobb. Life Member of the VFW Post #2307 Ladies Auxiliary, longtime active member, Eucharistic Minister, and volunteer of Our Lady of Peace Parish. Dorothy was also a home health aid and former employee of the EBS Bookstore in Lynbrook. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Our Lady of Peace Parish Social Ministry or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
