On Wednesday April 28, 2021 our beloved father Martin M. Mierzejewski passed away peacefully at the age of 78.
Martin is preceded in death by Dorothea, his wife of 47 years. Also Martin’s twin brother John, brother Tony and parents John and Mary.
He is survived by his son Richard and daughters Denise and Janine along with 7 grandchildren.
Marty was born and raised in Brooklyn, as a teen growing up in the 50’s he had a love for doo-wop music that never left him.
He served in the Navy on the USS Kitty Hawk and upon his honorable discharge
Marty worked for the LIRR for 32 years and retired in 1996.
He had a dry dad sense of humor, you never knew if he was serious or joking around. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
