Michael Vernace

Michael Vernace was born on October 25, 1950, in Camporeale, Italy, the sixth child of Antonino and Melchiorra. He was the beloved husband of Judy for 43 years. Loving father of Anthony and Michael. Cherished grandfather (“Nonno”) of Michael, Annabel, Matthew, Turner and Edward. Dear sibling of Franca and the late Josephine, Vita, Gina, Bobby and Vinny. Treasured uncle, and unofficial uncle, to more nieces and nephews than we can list here. Michael passed away on March 25, 2023, at 72. He loved spending time with his family, cooking Italian food, playing cards with his friends, and the Yankees. He prided himself on being a great listener and was the trusted advisor to many of his friends and family. We will miss his smiling face, booming laugh, and the warmth of his love. May he rest in peace.
