Vincent L. Tinaro

Vincent Louis Tinaro passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cronic kindney failure.  He was proud Korean War veteran, avid trumpet player who enjoyed his hobbies of camping, fishing, gardening and could always be found behind the camera lens.  His love for children and animals was always easy to see by the smiles they brought to his face.  He touched the lives of many with his childlike spirtit, and was known as Poppy to all the children who were in his life. 

He is survived by his wife Carmen, his sons John, Robert (Claudia), Richard (Kathy), his grandchildren John, Joseph, Dana (Douglas), Robert, Richard and Jaqlyn. 

A viewing will take place on Tuesday December 29th from 4-8.  In lieu of flowers dontations, to support his two favorite things children and animals, would be appreciated:  John Theissan Children’s Foundation, 1881 Wantagh Ave., Wantagh, NY  11793  and Little Shelter Animal Rescue and Adoption Center, 33 Warner Road, Huntington, NY   11743

The number of visitors will be limited at ALL TIMES to 35 persons for the safety of the family as well as all guests. Please be mindful that visitors are to be respectful to those who may be waiting to visit by keeping your stay brief.
